Harald Linhart is a founding principal of Linhart Seuss Ivsan LLP, concentrating his practice on corporate, securities, insolvency, and financial institution law.Drawing on his global experience in directing banks and finance companies, Mr. Linhart specializes in delivering risk-resolving banking solutions for high net worth individuals and corporate clients.

Mr. Linhart began his career with Hypo-Bank Bavaria before becoming a director of an Australian finance company. He later became the international director for a South African-based merchant bank. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Linhart was a partner of the law firm Dr. Engelhardt and Partner (London). He has also supervised finance companies in leading international financial centers, including Luxembourg and France.

Mr. Linhart speaks fluent English, German, and French.
